Nova Scotia public libraries are offering a range of online programs for March Break 2021. Below is a list of just some of the children and teen online programs taking place, OPEN TO EVERYONE across the province.
Libraries continue to offer services; books, magazines and other materials are available for borrowing. Visit your library website to order items, or to access e-books, e-magazines, databases, information and more.

Perfect for all ages, this fun-filled workshop is designed for everyone who wants to learn how to play percussion instruments together and virtually. Spring Fling with the Stars, Astronomy at home with Bill Burnyeat, Canadian Planetariums

All welcome to join us for a virtual presentation about the stars - with Bill Burnyeat from the Canadian Planetarium! Join us as we learn about using small telescopes, binoculars and the unaided eye to spot the seasonal stars, how to tell planets from stars, the look and motions of the moon and much more.

From colour changes to fizzy foamy fun, and even some dancing raisins, get ready to be amazed while you learn! Ages 5 and up. Recommended parental supervision for younger kids.
